How do you factory reset zgemma h2h

Hi guys I'm noob & trying to re-flash my zgemmah2h how do you do a factory reset has I have tried to flash over the old flash & it doesn't work any help appreciated

Would always recommend reflashing. But seems the USB you have won't flash.
Kingston & sandisk work well for me.

But to factory reset.....,
setup.
System.
Factory reset.

Backup anything of importance before you do it.

Thanks for the help but there is no factory reset option in setup on h2h

What errors do you get regarding re-flashing?

Hi I don't get error message it just doesn't flash iv tried 2 or 3 different USB sticks it says flashing then boot etc..but nothing changed

Did you make sure there was a file named force in the flashing folder. It could be there as a file called noforce if so rename it to force and then try.

there is on my H.2h

Menu, scroll down to Setup, Factory reset is fifth one down on 'Setup' page.
My image is openvix, so maybe yours is different

when you see the flsh on front, you need to press the power button on front to start flashing

Hi my image is openatv 6 by dragon I'm only trying to factor set the box because I don't no how to enter the cline do you no the image or where there is a guide to help me with the cline ...any help appreciated

why factory reset a box if you don't know were to send line?

ftp your line to usr/keys then restart CCcam 2.3.0

edit:
when you ftp to usr/keys you should see CCcam.cfg.
You can either drag your own CCcam.cfg in and over right it.
Or edit the file and manually type in details.

If no CCcam.cfg file is there use this one below.
(extract file and edit it before you ftp it over)

As you are running openATV on your zgemma you just download it.
Press blue button.
Softcams.
Download your cam then reboot box then follow instructions I posted in post #10
