Software receiver error

My sky channels all went off last week so I assumed I needed a new gift which I then purchased and uploaded via FileZilla, but still no channels. When I looked I had no wlan connection so when I tried connecting he box crashed and I got this error message? Anyone know how to fix this?

Looks like your flash memory is full. Or corrupt. If you have your cline can you not just reflash the box?
