Sly sports 5

Hi got h2h box cant get sly sports 5 hd or sd on cable side I know I cant get it on sly side but don't know why I cant on cable in all channel have 5 sly sports hd and 4 sd none of them work can anyone help please thanks

make sure your signal coming in from the street is ok. if its too weak it will drop channels. if its split too many times u wont get it.

at back of the box what Ant Power on, I had same issue and I had to set Ant Power to off to get all the channels

Scan not finding channel
Selecting channel does not work


How are you "scanning"?

If you are are using AutoBouquetsMaker or Autobouquets cable by LraiZer, are you selecting from the bouquets or selecting from list of services?

using autobouquets maker what I cant understand ,,I have same box in lounge all ok with sly sports 5 both connected to the same connections

They are not connected to same connections. There is a splitter, cables and connectors that are different.

Swap the boxes around and see if "TroublesomeBox" works using the wires that were connected to the loungebox.

BTW, you've not answered some questions.

I don't understand your response.

Are you selecting the channel from the Bouquet?
Reason for asking is that if you select from all services, you will have versions that do not work. (Unless you are in a pure area.)

(This is a side issue, as problem will be signal related. cable is not like satellite.)

swapped boxes still no ssp5 yes selecting channel from bouquet list but also gone to all channels where there are five ssp5 channels and none work also got strong signal of 61 on ssp 5

Did you apply the suggestion about 5V/Ant power?

box that was working in lounge I swapped over still have ssp5 working ,,, no I have not switched off 5vant power did not know there was a switch which one is it is it at the rear of h2h box

It clearly labled mate just below the tuner rf inputs used for dvbt only.

box was in the off position is there anything else I can try

Add an attenuator

There are two types of attenuators. The normal one and a forward path attenuator. There used to be a pdf guide on the forum discussing the art of balancing signal.
