zgemma setup password

Hi ive just bought my first zgemma and im a complete newbie,the box came with a password to get into set up menu i got the password from the provider but i would like to change it or cancel all together as i'll probably forget it in a while can some one guide me in the right direction

I was not aware that zgemma had that feature.
if it is the case that a password is in it just FTP to box and make a note of your line then reflash the box.

what do you need in menu settings?

parental control and just want to be able to access the set up menu i have the password just want to change it to something i can remember

Its probably just the parental control password to block Menu Setup ect you should be able to disable it by selecting MENU SETUP PARENTAL CONTROL then select disable
