zgemma h2h all channels down!

hi guys,

ive just came in after a couple of days away and my box is showing no channels not even fta,

the line is good as ive just tried it in dm800...

ive re started internet and box still nowt.....just wondering if theres anything else I could try??

Are you using it for Cable or Sat?

If it's Cable, see if the SD BBC1 works

Are you getting a signal ?
