I have been using the zgemma for a couple of years now and have always used the openvix image but recently had a few issues with it. Can anyone suggest an image similar or even better than the openvix?

Your not going to find similar but you should try OpenATV youll need to install some thing like Crossepg as the OpenATV image comes in more basic release than a vix image for most of us that is a bonus.

as stated openatv is probably one of the stable images for these box, which ZGemma do you have - also Vix4 is excellent but only on the H2S or H2 box

Have a look at the Wooshbuild image, its an openatv image that has most stuff included as part of the build
