Hi can anyone help please cant keep epg listings to stay after downloading crossepg all ok ,,if I turn box off and then turn box back on only got couple of channels in listings ..got to reinstall crosepg to get all listings back any help please image is wooshbuild

Have you got any storage device connected? (USB/ SDcard)

What path are you downloading too?

that is normal behaviour for epg.. if you turn off with button at back or power supply it wont reload the epg on reboot... either power off by using standby or in cross epg settings set reload epg on boot to yes but your box will take much longer to come on

i think hetster probably got it spot on check your cross epg config settings have force rload on boot also check that the top setting "storage device" is set to your usb stick and not internal flash (that's what I meant with path)
