box will freeze/stop responding with blank screen and the spinner on the rop left of screen will come up rebooting the box fixes it for a few days

I know a reflash will fix it but prefer to find out what is causing the issue

Sounds like a Low Cache issue and the box is getting swamped and cant handle it, Its a major problem for all these mark 1 Zgemma's assuming you have cacheflush plugin installed and setup correctly
