Zgemma 2s stuck on boot

Hi,
I hope someone can help me.
I have a zgemma 2s which one day just had openvix on tv screen and boot being displayed on lcd of box.
I have flashed other images to box such as open atv and the open atv screen comes up on tv screen but stays there and box will not go past boot on lcd and seems to be stuck there.
I have now used 5 different usb sticks all been low level formatted and then windows full format before putting any images on them. Then as I say, it displays image on tv screen but sticks on boot on lcd of box.
Ripping my hair out.

Install the latest bootloader and try again.

Are you using sandisk or kingston usb 8 GB or less to flash your box

Have tried bootloader and have used 5 different usb but still the same. I have used sandisk but still the same. The thing I do not understand is that if i put different image on, I can see this different image/logo on screen but does not go past that stage and box says boot

reflash box.

Zgemma boxes easy fixed with reflash.
All data stored on box will be lost but should boot properly after flash.
Check downloads for zgemma 2s openVIX and openATV are best in my opinion.
(Especially openVIX)

Use low sized memory key is best for flash.
Kingston 2GB works well for me.

Yes should take box out of boot.
Be sure to flash your model with proper image.
In your case H.2s

what ever H.2s image you go for just unzip file then copy zgemma folder into empty memory key (FAT32) format.
Put in rear USB port then turn box on.
It will flash on boot.

Worked ok thanks for that, but the cccam.cfg file is not there. Nothing is easy!

Your cccam file will be in downloads or of your gift provider

which image or backup did you flash

Try with this image.

Nah, not there, but got problem fixed.
Purchased Zgemma H2s box from pic-nic83 on ebay, the box worked for a week then a message saying that an update was available, did the update and my channels disappeared.

Contacted the seller as I had purchased a 2 year line subscription and Support. He sent me a line but nothing else. Every time I asked for support I was ignored or given duff or basic info.

I purchased a new 12 month line inserted it and it worked fine, the original 24 month line obviously was not working. I informed pic-nic98 on ebay that the line he gave was obviously, he said that he was going out of business and could do nothing else for me.

AVOID pic-nic83 on ebay (although he has probably just changed his name).

For those in trouble with set up, I flashed with Whoosh build, inserted the line and all was well. Whoosh build is a really good user friendly system.
