ADVICE - Do i upgrad e to a ZGEMMA H.2S DUAL CORE ???

EVO NOVA TWIN or COMBO (depending on the tuner configuration you want)... Twin is 2 x DVB-S/S2 tuners, 2 x USB (easy add Wi-Fi dongle) and Micro SD card slot which can be used for saving EPG, recording or timeshift (depending on storage size) - I have it working with a 256GB cheap Micro SD card which works just fine. 2 year hardware warranty included as standard as well and using the popular 7362 chipset.

You've got my own ViX4E2PROJECT firmware available but plenty of others to, OpenATV being one of the other more popular ones.

NEVER heard of them, is a 256Gb not overkill just for EPG ? I presumed it was a a very small file downloaded and 'wiped' each night (or whatever time you set).

Have you any pics of the 'interface' of your OpenATV image ? I'm sure i seena guy selling this on FB claiming it was his 'own' personal made image !!!!

What persuaded you to get this box mate ? is this box better than zgemma's etc, can't find a seller for EVO NOVA TWIN or COMBO...Or much about them on Sat Forums.

Do you have any pics of the the interface, i want as 'cloe' as Sky as possible...So u just use one micro sd for EPG, recording, recorfing whilst watching anther channel etc....ONLY once did i try this and that was with single tuner Vu Solo, EPG always fails, recording was hit/miss, box crashing all the time..and very slow response times.. Cheers

Get yourself a Zgemma which area around £25 cheaper and will do the exact same thing, plenty of backup images available that can emulate the $ly interface including the new 'Q' look

Oooooh, so it wuld look like this with the correct image !!!!

Looks awesome, how reliable is it, do you have one ? withh HDD, epg via usb, and the Sky q interface. ?

HDD will need to be external on the Zgemma and with the skyQ skin installed epg etc will look very similar to the real thing.

Thats got t be one of the only box's that requiresthe hdd to be external, do you have this, what model/size is the norm?

as you say its identical to a ZGemma I have taken an Evo image and deployed to a ZGemma H2S and works with no issues.

I use one that mains powered. I prefer to use mains powered drives as usb powered drives can be hit and miss and put strain on the Zgemma PSU.

My drive is a Western Digital 1TB
 
set these up for people with 2.5" external USB drives absolutely no problem, work like a charm
 
Can someone LINK me exact and cheapest one i need on Ebay please ?

Plus i want it to run the latest SKY Q image (as long as it's stable) or any sky image.
