hi all I'm totally new to this as ive just got a zgemma star 2s box only had it a couple of weeks and its gone on the blink and folk I bought it from are not returning my calls does anyone have a solution all the box says is boot and hs no picture I'm not really a techy wizard so I fid some of this a bit daunting

If it's stuck on boot you will need to reflash it.
Can you FTP into the box to take any files out?
IE..... cfg file or newcamd.list file.
If you were using cam that is.

I would suggest you just reflash box.
But you will lose everything. Im hoping you have a record of your line?
my zgemma has been stuck in boot a couple of times. And each time I reflash it fixed.

You can sometimes get away with reflashing just the kernel this means you dont loose your setup.
Can you remember the image you had on VIX , OpenPLI etc ?
