zgemma h2 sound but no picture help plz

hi ive got a zgemma h2 and have no picture on all channels but have sound tried adjusting av settings etc with no joy.i have the epg working and is visable just no picture am i missing something cheers for any help

I take it this was working and just stopped, if so try reflashing your image see how you get on then.

Maybe your hats slipped over your eyes?

if i reflash image will it keep the cline on it as bought with gift carry on dont have a clue about these boxes so wouldnt no were to start ne help plz have changed hdmi lead but still no joy and duck taped my hat so its not that

No you will need to back up your cline before you flash an image

1, what image are you running then you can be guided to the location of the cline, but if your not sure how to use ftp software you will struggle with this.

openvix have read elswere that vix doesnt support zgemma and when box crashed it came back on as maxdigital 1000 so its updated i think

in that case I'm not sure what path to take, I would still backup your cline check the etc folder on the it should be there, then I'm not sure if a reflash will fix it you may need to jtag it and that's a lot more involved

The box is not officially supported by VIX but the image of the maxdigital box is made to run on the zgemma those patched images are safe to use but as with any clone online update are not a good idea.

Im thinking this is a hardware fault but to know for sure your still going to need to try re flashing it.

ive got filzilla conected to box in etc folder which one has cline details

Go to Root/user/keys/ the ccam file is in the keys folder
