Most guides just cover flashing for anything else just ask here for help see attached.
Sorted that bit m8 it's trying to get the sky bouquet of yours to work is my problem at the moment
You need to FTP the skylook ipk to the tmp folder at the root of your image.
Then start a telnet session in DCC or Putty and use this command to install
opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
You could also try the images addons manager to install it but its not as reliable as the telnet method.
The blue HD skin should be downloaded from the vix plugin feeds before this and it should be started too.
Try Root .........................
user = root
pass = nothing leave it blank
pass = nothing leave it blank

If it's looping then as soon as you can telnet in, issue "init 4" command to put box to sleep and thus stop looping.
You can then try:
"opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-skylookingsetup4vix" and also
"opkg remove enigma2-plugin-skin-openvix-blue-hd"
These commands should remove both skylookingsetup and blue-hd skin.
You are using openvix 3.2 aren't you?

right all channels now working just need to get the order sorted
What are you wanting to use autobouqets maker ?
I just use the Auto Bouquets Maker that is in the Openvix software, this arranges all the channels for me its self which is good, you will find this is Setup/Service Searching/Auto Bouquets Maker.
In that i usually have it on
Setup mode: Expert
Schedule Scan: Yes
Time of scan to start: 05:00
Repeat how often: Daily
Keep all non-ABM bouquets: No
Add provider prefix to bouquets: No
Place bouquets at: Top
Skip services on not configured sats: Yes
Include 'non indexed' channels: Yes
Show in extensions: Yes
then Providers is just SKY UK, set it to your area but look for Custom so for example... Scottish East Custom, then set everything to yes minus FTA only i have that set as no.

Looking for an updating setup without the lost hd channels
You wont be able to get that, you will only get certain HD channels, but sky sports 1,2,3,4,5 etc are SD and same with movies, only limited HD channels available now.
Are you using ABM then ? Some HD FTA and BTSport is all the HD.
