Zgemma H2 Cable Reciever

Hi

I couldn't find the Zgemma section so I have posted here instead. The question I have is

Can someone recommend a good Picon to use for the Zgemma H2 I have tried a few but they seems to be blurry and also the channel name appears blurry. I am currently using "Black-white - 220 x 140" or something like that I cant check it at the moment. Any recommendation on a good Picon to use

Hi

I have a Zgemma H1 and H2. I havea premium cable line provider. The H2 is on Zgemma open VIX firmware, i can get all sky movies HD channels.

However on teh H1 i cannot get the sky mocies HD channel i only get some of the sports HD but no movies HD, i get a message "tune Failed"

I have checked the tuner config and set it to the same as the H2, eg all the QAM256 and so on are all set to on/off accordingly.

Is this a fault with the H1 or is there a setting im missing, i dont understand why some HD channels would work and some not.

Any help appreciated.

Is it possible to recored 1 channel while watching another channel on the H1 and H2, is there a setup guide for htis if it is possible
