Does anyone have same issue with Zgemma H2, when I check signal strength on cable side it is erratic and shows between 0% 17% and tops at 29% ( Press ok twice on TV channel show in menu)
I have an Zgemma H1 box and its a solid 98%.
I have tried OpenVix OpenATV images and all show same signal strength, to prove a point I took box to my mates house and plugged in, he also has an H1 and its the same tops at 29%.

After further investigation I have found all H2 boxes that I know of are doing this, boxes freeze a bit and are not a patch on H1

Any ideas

There appears to be quite a few conflicting reports about the tuner sensitivity of both the H1 model and the H2, all i can gather is that the H1 is just simply a DVB-C tuner using the Samsung 101A type tuner but the H2 is a DVB-C/T/T2 using a samsung 109A tuner.

I keep reading that the H2 Type 109A tuner is suppose to be far more sensitive than the H1 101A tuner, I can only speak from experience on the H1 tuner and all the ones i have had have been excellent and have worked as they should, It is these types of reports that make me reluctant to change from the H1 to the H2.

Assumption must come down to the Actual tuner used between the 2 models as Motherboard and Images are identical

i have an H1 that been having problems. altho its different signal strengths in different houses that i have tried. only this one tho so might be a faulty/sensitive tuner

I had the same issue it was a faulty tuner. i was lucky enough to get it exchanged, didn't change alot but signal was more consistent
