zgemma s2 stuck in boot screen

After the latest update of openvix my zgemma s2 box is stuck in the openvix boot screen.
Any help will be appreciated.

I'm not sure if anyone else can offer further advice but it sounds like you may need to reflash the box. Have you totally unplugged the power etc

Looks like a re flash may be required mate

Yes popidol I tried all the switching off and didn't work. I downloaded bootloader from zgemma tv but still nothing. Ianb I must look in the downloads section and see if there's something there to help.

Image is corrupt the lads above got it spot on youll need to reflash the image and start from scratch.
