I assume like any image mate

Put the zgemma h1 folder on the foot of a usb power of the h1 insert the usb stick and power on.

there was missing files, for a usb flash

Ok use the missing files from the original vix18

The rootfs.bin is what contains all the data

So use the
Kernel
Imageversion
force

From the original it will work.

Tried this on my brothers box and i had no issues but i prefer openatv over vix.

I have set up the cable tuner, sorted out the cam etc and it all looks good channel wise,

I'm having a problem with the epg

Everything is in the right place and it looks good when I open the epg but when I step through the bouquets, for instance discovery to kids TV bouquet , the listings look all blurry?

I set it up last night in a bit of a rush so had no time to investigate...

Annoying the life out me at work today lol

Any idea's?

And would there be any benifit from activating the sat tuner and using both?

don't no about the blurry but crossepg 0.8.1 hangs on parsing events I will do a new backup at the weekend with a older crossepg

Yes parsing events took ages, presumed it was normal

all working now..

i changed the video settings from automatic to the correct setting for tv.

looks great now with all the HD channels, gonna make a backup BEFORE i mess with any more settings...
