Xbox one powers on then off

Xbox one powers on then straight off, its not a power brick issue as I've tested the power brick on my console(works fine) and mine on the faulty one same result.

Any one any ideas on what it is or I could try?

I know you said its not the power brick, but what colour is the light on it?

Do you have any usb devices plugged in? If so unplug them (power down console and remove power cable first) Then try powering up without any usb devices.

Thanks for the replies, I had already tried my front touch panel on it, also my power brick hard drive fan, all from a (working xbox one) just to try and rule out various components. The problem is exactly like the one in video below it lights for no more than a sec or two.
I'm thinking its Mobo related so I will have a further look at the board for dry joints, its about a year and a half old, my own one is over 3 year old with no problems.

check for dry joints , also check to see if anytning has come loose wire wise
