XBOX Gamers whats happening here?

Guys My Kid has a balance of £35 in his xbox live account so he can buy stuff in game or whatever ( Im not a gamer so dont know the ins and outs)

Anyway hes just bought a game for £7 odd and instead of taking it out his balance its left the balance and taken it form my paypal account. How can I change this so that it come out his balance not my Paypal

its best to remove payment options after using them.

it's a bit of a pain having to re-enter details everytime your kid wants to buy something, but i could find no way safeguarding that he wasn't buying stuff without permission.
