New Xbox One??????

I've heard that there is a new xbox one slim version coming out with a different Graphic chip that will enable 4K movies and also 4K games to be played, Also that it will be backward compatible with 360 games ,i.e if you own the 360 game you will be able to download the 360 game and play it on the xbox one ??

Has anyone heard similar? any links? and any dates yet? Xmas?
