Modded Xbox to VGA-Green Screen

Hi,

I have a softmodddd Xbox (PAL) (EvoX) and have a PlayOn branded multi AV box. This plugs directly into the xbox and has outputs to connect to Scart, Component, S-Video and Composite options on a TV as well as optical audio.

I have a AOC monitor with 2 HDMI and a VGA. Is there a way to output to VGA? a Scart to VGA and Component to VGA (using the box as a bridge) both give me the same result, a green tinted screen. I've heard about a Pixel8 firmware mod but can't find it.

Any help would be great.

You may have sorted this out and it's probably a daft question, but have you tried changing the xbox video settings.

I have a vd z3 transcoder box connected to a vga monitor which is connected to my xbox with an RGB cable and I had to change the xbox video settings to go from green screen to colour.
