Xbox 360 S 250gb (Looking for RGH Northwest)

Hi have a Xbox 360 S 250gb I want to RGH. I have an old PHAT console that is RGH that no longer turns on, the console not the chip, so is it easy to take out and change to new console, or is there anybody in north West, Liverpool, Warrington, Halton, Manchester that could do this for me?
