hiya people, my son has an xbox 360 and I wanted to know if there was an easy way to allow it to play back up games? I was told that there is a place near me that will do something for £80 but didn't know if there was a way to do it myself?

any pointers would be fab :)

Backups from disk or HDD?

Which console is it and what dashboard is it on?

is it phat or slim if its a slim with that date might just need unlocked pcb

with that date on the xbox it will have liteon drive you will need ck3 and a probe 3

I use an xkey on mine saves on all the disks. Uses an external hard drive with game images on and emulates xbox dvd drive. Never had any problems with it. That might be what they are quoting for the £80 price tag.

I would suggest u to by and install an Xk3y or wasabi360, that way you dont have to deal with dirty or scratched dvd´s. All is on hdd and easypeasy to switch games etc.
