have i scewed my xbox360 hard drive

hi i think i may have screwed my xbox 360 hard drive, i tried to copy the entire contents of my 20gb to my new 120gb drive with xport 360. i backed up the 20gb and had a image file on the pc, so i then copyed that entire image to the new 120gb. now the xbox wont even recognise the 120 gb drive. all i wanted to know was have i toasted the 120gb drive? or can i do anything with it?

just found a back up of the original drive that xport makes automatically, just incase people like me steam in and dont read the instructions properly
