m3u files on kodi 7.1 and vlc player

Thought id try and mess around with using m3u files for live tv,quality is brilliant but stream keeps going off every 10-15 seconds then comes back again but does the same...ive even tried vlc player but still the same,tried everything that ive searched on to correct it but cant seem to get a good steady stream without it keep cutting off

on vlc try the loop feature also if server is getting hammered wont help

The free list are not that stable normally.

Or is this a list from your own E2 receiver, if so it could be a wifi problem.
