Hello all

Im unfamiliar with Ruya and kodi etc. Ive been trying to find out more but to no avail

Basically my questions are:

1. What is the cheapest device to use? I see Fire TV mentioned a lot, Nowtv box any good?

2. What is the cheapest live tv provider? Mostly interested in live sports

Thank you in advance!

Kodi for free

Goto kodi.tv downloads and choose your device

That's the cheapest

yip as above totally amazingly free

Download and install on the device your using to post on this forum -possibly a PC or laptop. Familiarize yourself with all the addons and how to install them. If your happy with it buy a specific device. I wouldn't spend out on any Android boxes without getting to know the ins and outs of it first.

Cool thanks!

So as for watching sly - is this achieved via add ons?

Get a Amazon Fire stick..no leads or boxes good enough for kodi..
Just set one up myself and does the job okay.

Install Kodi on your laptop or pc, its the cheapest way to go.

And if it’s a modern laptop with a HDMI socket you can then connect it direct to your TV and it will act just like an android box and better

Rgb output only I'm afraid!

So I've it set up on my pc, what add ons should I be looking at getting for sports etc?

I find the best for PL games are Robocop and njm soccer, 720p streams with all 3pm kick offs.

zemtv addon is great for all kind of sports channels and its free

My advice would be to spend a bit more get a wetek and have the best of both worlds with Kodi and a sat feed

The cheapest way would be Kodi on your PC computer for free. Inexpensive would be fire stick, and if add a bit more, you could get a decent Android box.
