Ok so you hav,nt got a andoid box /stick / but you do have a pc this might help .
First you need 2 usb pens ,i used 2g and a 8g pendrive for this one .
Download OpenELEC 6.0.0 disk image.gz from link below 32bit or 64 bit depending on your pc .
OpenELEC Mediacenter - Download when downloading is finished .
Download RuFus 2.5
Now start RuFus up click the box right next to Freedos another window will open were it says iso click to all files and goto downloads click openelec then 2nd window closes .
Now you will see DD image in rufus make sure you already got the 2g usb pen installed and formatted to Fat32 if ready then click start on Rufus this will take 2mins tops .
Ok so rufus has finished close rufus now grad your other usb prn 8g/16/{ tested } make sure formated to Fat32 if so power off windows let it shut down .
Now make sure 2 usb are installed if so start your pc up again you need to get to the boot menu for me its F9 for others it might be F12 F11 F10 depends on pc model even holding esc works on some pcs .
Now boot from the usb you,ve installed openELEC on give it a couple secs to boot up openelec linux mediacentre should show up on boot screen let it start, then click install now this is were you will see your 2nd usb pen 8/16 gig pen follow the guide and install openelec on that when its finished installing power off your pc again then remove the first usb pen when this is done.
Start pc again goto boot menu boot from usb now you will see openelec setup steps and guides if your on wireless wifi make sure your lan is disconnected on first setup .
Been messin with this for about 2weeks now tryed on HDMI VGA wireless all working sweet no problem at all .
Tested configwizards on this are as follows
