problem with mx 3

Anyone have a problem with these boxes or can someone help me please.
i switched 1 on today and it went into a screen showing a clock and number pad, then started automatically showing a couple of other screens. It just kept looping, no matter what i pressed and even rebooted it, i couldnt get it into the menu screen.
I then plugged in another new one i got i was keeping for bedroom that i hadnt set up yet, it went on fine so i switched it off for later. About 4 hours later i decided to set it up so switched it on again. exact same thing happened, went into a clock screen with keypad.
Anyone any idea what the hell is happening ?

Hi don't know much about these boxes but if it can be re flashed with new firmware then that's the way to go..if-possible.

any idea where i would find that ?
and i suppose its just a case of sticking in usb and turning on, as i cant acess anything.

But check here as last dead one i done i had to flash with usb lead from pc with a sdcard configured to boot too usb flashing..
