Routers Meteor sim with 3g tp link router

How do i get this irish sim to work with this router. My friend is from south of ireland and hoping to replace the meteor router she has with a router with ethernet sockets...

Those are 3G dongles. I need to get a wireless 4g setup with Ethernet port on the router. Would need to work with EE in Northern Ireland and meteor in the south
