Guides and Info ethernet ends

camn anyone tell me what these ethernet ends are called (attached photo) and point me in the right direction of where to buy them much appreciated

its a tool-less rj45 connector..

Just for information the type you pictured above only do 4 cables out of the 8 on cat5e so if you wanted to say make a crossover cable these are unsuitable but fine for standard 'straight' transmission, there are other types that let you wire the Full 8 strands in if required

any links for one? I am running CAT 6 all over my house and wanted to terminate this with something much simpler, hate using the crimp tool and the end bit which as I don't do it for a living is hard to get it right the first time.

Any suggestions of what else might be useful?
