openelec tvhead probs

I have both a dvbc and a dvbs tuners and followed the advised setup as displayed by wetek [youtube]
over and over and over again spent hours on it but neither tuners will set up

is there a way around this am I missing something is there a fix out there or maybe another guide on here
followed set up very carefully but it just wont load any sat providers does look for them but fails everytime

I know tuners are ok got them to work on pbnigma which is impressive not set up oscam at moment which will be another headache

just like the idea of a kodi setup with live tv so I can have full control within kodi

I take it you have the wetek openelec box with openelec in NAND??

I got one last week and have been setting mine up, but as its new setting the box up I went for a backup image then customise it how I like

Also the boxes does not come with cable and sat tuners together so sothing sounds wrong

no its openelec to sd not nand what is the backup you used is it configed for sat can you give me a link to it

i bought it of ebay with both tuners included which was fine by me as i have them both in my home dish and cable
i can only think that the seller was struggleing and bought another tuner with same results
it did say setting it up was beyond him in the description

just after setting up it will not do a search im thinking ive got kodi setup wrong
sees the tuners ok set up to astra 19 and then after that get connection error

What about astra 28?

i get as far as setting up the network and tuner config but when it comes to the mixes tab were you should see providers loading it fails all the time
so a walk through would be great

not set it to 28 followed it by the vid torial and selected 19e

Try 28 depending where you live you might not see 19 that could be your issue.

on mixes it now shows reults however they all say in scan status pend and in scan result non and at the bottom in system log the results are welcome to client software [htspv18

i also get pulse eight cec notification when kodi is started

where it says Pend click the tab it shoulld change the order and 2 should be active. If not within 30 mins they should all be scanned.

You should get the CEC noticication anyway, its so that the TV remote can contol the box

ive done that with the top 2 on list nothing looks like anything as happened
which ones do you surgest i change to active

scan status

Hover over the Tab, then click the arrow to the left of it, click A-Z assending, you should then see the 1st one is now active

just tried that still not getting a active one
do you mean change it to a-z on the result tabs
