[DOWNLOAD] Wetek Play Openhdf-119 Beta E2 Image

How is it different from the OpenAtv version? Sorry for asking but I am new to all this
 
I have just downloaded the latest OpenATV version last night and it looks good. Only thing is that I cannot get the Softcam panel to appear and I have installed the correct ipk files. Have you had this issue. Also, and this is a newbie thing, what do I actually need for oscam to work properly? I have never done anything like this before. I know what Oscam does but not about what I need to get or buy to make it work, or even who to get from. Any help would be appreciated.

The softcam panel is broke for now but you can manually install oscam, ive attached it for you.

You need to read a little on oscam if you get stuck we are here to help but youll need to understand it.

OK. I think this is a different file than I have tried so thanks for this. With regard to Oscam I will have a look again but I don't think I am finding what I need. I know it can be configured through webif. I know it basically acts as an emulator for a card server. This is where I am stuck. Does it physically need a card or just a code/string that it enables channels with? And sorry to any admin/mods if I am touching on a subject that I shouldn't be.

It does not need a card it will connect to others over the net via a line.
 
Do you still get Kodi on these images , or does it just give you a sat PVR?
 
i set this up yesterday with a CCcam line which was a test and for the life of me i am stumped where do i put my line again i have put it in conffie /user/and user rpgk or something like that and even tried to set it up in oscam info you are right to leave well alone.
 
have openatv running on wetex everything good except one thing every so often wetex becomes unresponive have to unplug from box and reboot any ideas or just put up with it.cheers
