Vu+ Solo2 lonrisun resistance problem for jtag

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to jtag my solo2 lonrisun, but I thing I have to replace this 2 resistances (R758 , R760 ).
Is anybody known the value of those resistances?

I'm not an expert on these but from the names that is an I2C bus. In that case the resistors are pull-up resistors and the value isn't too critical and 4k7 is usual.
