Channels freezing

Hi guys
is anyone else experiencing freezing channels? It is particularly bad and i noticed this earlier last week. Pretty bad, can't watch the movies channels and other premium channels without frequent long freezes. Can anyone advise?

nothing to do with image. Most likely cause is issue from supplier.
Probably over subscribed.

It's more to do with servers then the Box. I have no idea if there are any good supplier.
