Sound Levels

Why are sound levels so low on these receivers ? it was the same on my 800SE too

If I go from receiver to TV the sound it really loud so I have to tun it down but when I return to receiver you cant hear anything lol

must be a reason :err:

The receiver has it's own volume level and then obviously your TV does.

With using an original remote, I have receiver volume on 100% and the remote controls the TV volume.so for my Samsung TV, it is on about 4 or 5 (according to TV) which is fine for our hearing.

Those in noisy area or with noisy house may want higher lol
