Kodi plug in help

Hi Guys

First time on the forum and just learning the ropes, so apologies in advance !

Just got a second Sunray VU+Solo2 with Vix image. Surprised that there was no Kodi direct plugin installed like my previous box?

I need to know : a) Where and how to download it? and b) How do I upload it to my box?

Kodi is available from plugin feeds. Menu > Plugins > Green (download) then look in "extensions" I believe.

Found the Kodidirect extension. Installed it. It prompted me to update with restart which I did. When it restarted, I got an error message 'Some plugins are not available : Extensions/Kodidirect (no module named virtual keyboard)'. Uninstalled, then reinstalled again but with no update. Seemed ok, addons loaded on but wouldn't work. Any ideas?

If you can do a fresh install i would ,then install xbmc from extensions it,s near the bottom.

After this is install start xbmc gothom goto system goto file manager /add source click this add hxxp://srp.nu then click done then add the name supperrepo.

Now after you have added this goto system add-ons install zip file goto supperrepo click on gotham or kodi let it install then goto video addons get more pick from the list some work some don,t .

Ichannel working

Movies 25 back work

Genesis working and lot more .

Phoneix working

Vidics working

dubstop

icefims working

Sportsdevil working .

Could do. This would narrow down whether it's a problem with newer image or not!
@dubliner, is it possible to get Show Box with this repos?

Showbox / mobdro working ketmp , i running linux mint 17.3 rosa live distro at the moment will bootup windows in morning send you the info bud . just finished a 12 hour shift cream cracker .

Here you go ketmp these are the file you need for the xbmc plugin all tested

ftp urlresolver this is latest version 5/12/15

Metahandler 2.9.0 i,ve added the showbox zip and addon installer 6/12/15 aswell

And talnet the command file aswell to your box .

Confirmed addons working are ,

Hi im getting similar error when downloading kodi direct plugin. However im running blackhole 0.1 image.
Ive tried what dubliner said add hxxp but when i try to install nothing happens.
Shall i add the above files and try that way? What folder do i need telnet the files to.

Whats the best stable plugin for latest movies or is it not worth the trouble

Evening lads these files are for xbmc launcher only .

This is what i.am doing is flashed lasted openatv then got a 512mb or 2gig usb pen install usb format then unmount .

Then installed flashexpander from plugins exstensions restart gui then goto plugins flashexspander press ok then swap your flash to usb let box restart then install xbmc .

So xbmc is installed now start dcc or filezilla ftp to zip files to tmp on your box then goto plugins start xbmc goto system addons in zip file goto rootfile system then goto tmp and install meta handler and url files from there .

Also talnet the opkg comand aswell then add superrepo or addon installer then install what plugins you like all plugins in my other post all working and more never had any problems so far been usein flashexspander for months now without any problems .

I managed to add showbox and its working I can't find any of the plugins in your last post. still nothing happens when I try to add superrepo also get error when trying to install plugin program addon installer and nothing happens when I try to install script module urlreslover.

have you looked it up on youtube?

droidsticks on the web it flashes all type of boxes like ouya, firestick, firetv, mx and m8 and there are many others take a look if u carnt see anything to do with sunray goto youtube and type sunray vu+solo2 kodi flash

what about tsmedia? which is better kodi or ts? has anyone got a link where I can install the best movies plugins, idiot guide?

Are you able to install xmbc plugin from plugin menu..
Install this if possible as I don't know if it's available in blackhole image..
Once installed add your add ons as normal like wookie etc and enter xmbc from plugin menu once installed.

dont know if this is of any help to anyone but this is my setup
i installed xmbc from plugins extensions.
installed genesis plugin (its my preference for movies)
if you get a script error when playing movies, open dcc and telnet the command
opkg install python-pkgutil

everything worked fine after that.
my pennies worth, hope it will help someone out there.
