Skin problem

Hi tried to install an image from Ts panel vix when applied it box will not reload keeps coming up file error

Hi tried to install skin from Ts panel box seems to be stuck will not load keeps saying file error

Was trying to install sky blue image on blackhole image

I am using vu solo 2 Chinese box was trying to in stall new sky skin but I only have blackhole installed

Once I turn on box again it it just says starting gui

Hi what box are you using,why would you want to install an image from tspanel?
Were you trying to update Vix image?
You have posted in another thread that it is a skin your installing...

As I replied in your identical post in another thread where you said it was an image?..it's obviously not a compatible skin..not all skins work on all boxes or images running on them...
Is your box genuine or clone?..can you not install from plugins.?what skin are you trying to install?

Because skin is not compatible you have soft bricked box..you can FTP into box and delete the bad skin files and box will be good..(read ferrets post) or reflash with fresh image.

Only ever install skins that say there compatible with the image group your using.

If you can still ftp in to the box

FTP to /usr/share/enigma2

Find a folder with the name of the skin you installed and delete it then reboot the box.

It should now boot.

It's a reflash then unfortunately
