Vu+ solo2 clone Tuner problem

I am new to Vu+ and new to Enigma receivers. I have Vu+ solo2 clone, what version do not know. It worked fine for a while and now it has tuner issue. It doesn't scan tranceponders, in a given satellite. I uploaded a new .xml file, done factory reset, re flashed same image Blackhole 2.0.9( the same one). When i go to sat finder signal quality jumped from 0-99% in same frequency. Is this regarding to drivers? Is there anyway to rectify this? Thanks .

Morning spic have you rechecked if f-connectors and cable are ok both ends .
And have you tryed downloading a channel list from blackhole addons manager to see if this works.

And what satellite are you useing .

It could be you LNB as failed also not real way of check this other than swapping it out.

You could use a multimeter to check you have voltage at the tuner on the back plate of the box.

Thanks guys for quick response. Here are things i have done. I connevted my Openbox S9 and checked. As it has blind scan, it quickly loaded channels, with same lnb and same cables. An expert friend of mine checked the power supply for voltage and all are OK. Is there any other thing? I think that some sort of driver problem for tuners.I expect experts will try to help. Thanks.

I had i similar problem woke up and no signal but was fine on a f5 just the solo2 no signal, took all the connecters apart and redone them with a little more copper showing throgh the rf, and it worked again

Might sound daft but is the tuner still configured under Menu-setup-service searching-tuner config.

Friend Casuk, can you be more specific about what you have done? " Little more copper showing through rf" A very little thing might welcom.Thanks

The wire that connects to ur box from dish i leave about 3-4mm of the copper showing seems to work

What is your tuner config, go to menu, setup, service searching, tuner config, select tuner a, ok, then simple, single, astra (28.2E), green/save.

If your dish is just 28e

Then

Simple
Single
28e

That is the setup you should have under Menu-setup-service searching-tuner config

Thanks again guys. All this are done many times. No any change. My sat region is 45E to 125E. Tried with most easy satellites like Asiasat 5, Asiasat 7, Thaicon 56 and more. Is there a way to flash bootloader, old drivers like Blackhole 2.0.1and try? Any help appriciated. Thanks again

You should be able to just flash a older version if one is available for your clone type, see the download page provided via the sticker on your clone.

Thanks ferret. No any sticker in my solo2. But i remember when i asked the dealer they referred me Vu+ and X web slte, but in there i can't find older vertions.

Thanks. No massa121, it still remains. Desperately trying to sort this out as my Vu+ solo2 is just 3 month old.

i had a very similar problem with a lonrisun box. i tried to flash the backup i made of the image the first day i flashed it but kept getting the same tuner problem. i also tried putting on a clean version of that image.
how i fixed it was put on another version of the image. the new image worked fine and had no problems.

the strange thing is i reflashed the backup(first day backup that didnt work a few days earlier) after i had run the newer version of the image for a few days and it work with no problems. dont know why i was getting the tuner problem a few days earlier when i reflashed it but have it on the box 2 months now and the tuner problem hasn
