VU+ Solo Vu solo running kodi?

Hi guys

Been looking around the forum about this box I have acquired and I can tell you that its a clone with the lonrisun chip and has a manufacturing date of sept 2013. Now what I would like to know as well as having tv functionality, can I use an image which supported kodi? If so can you point me in the right direction?

Kodi as incorporated into OpenATV Blackhole and the like wont run those images are not available due to needing the new driver etc patched and i doubt that will happen.

You can use the kodi direct plugin though.

Which image would you recommend I use with the plugin Ferret considering my box is a clone? I'm right in saying I have to use v2 images?

Try OpenPLI 4. As for the version does it have a sticker saying the version ? V2 V3 etc. if not youll need to take a look at he security chip at the side of the card reader to figure out the version.

I was told that it was v3.2, does that help?

Its a Ferrari VU+ clone then.

So use the 3 or 3.2 images from the downloads.
