VU+ Solo Help!! Clone wont flash with openvix!

Good evening,
I have a clone VU Solo, i have not tried 20 different versions of openvix for this damn box and cannot get any to work beyond the reboot stage, any advice would be grately welcome!

There are patched versions of VIX that are safe for various clones mate. As long as they stick to the patched version there is no risk of the time bomb.

Flash an original VIX image or and Original VU+ image and yeah youll be hit by the time bomb.

every time i see someone mention vix for non original boxes yes i worry ,think many patched vix images around for many boxes,if they said they were using patched image i would not worry.never assume what one has on boxes i have learnt.

totally agree just need the right firmware for the box

I have a clone box from this time last year just dug it out of the cupboard and downloaded a clone safe image but cant get the box to flash :-/ any help ?

Try using another usb stick these boxes can be very picky on the stick they use.
