Vu+ solo external HDD problems

I love my solo but I get so frustrated with it, I'm forever wiping everything and starting again.

My latest problem is that I watched a movie from a USB stick in the front usb slot and ever since then I can't get my picons to show, mytube plugin now crashes the box, and when I go to device manager it just searches for device then crashes! However the drive is mounted as I'm able to view my recordings and redshift is working ok as is cross epg.

Its so annoying, I get it working perfectly then something goes wrong and I have to start all over again.

Its am original solo and I'm running latest black hole image.

Any suggestions/solutions appreciated

One thing I also noticed was when I go to set the recording path there are 3 folders; internal flash, harddisk and HD103SI. Both harddisk and HD103SI have the same content eg: movie folder, cross epg folder, picon folder, usr folder and a few others.

Does this mean it thinks there is 2 external drives attached?
