Just took delivery of a vu solo. Unless somebody can advise me otherwise - and I am making some error or other - the tuner seems to be screwed. I can't get ANY signal strength on any Astra2 channel. Using direct cable feed. Have verified cable feed - hooked it up to another box and it's fine on that.
Blackhole came pre-installed with the box. I assume I can still use this and don't necessarily have to change it?
Really open to suggestions here - as unsure how to proceed.
