Im possibly looking to upgrade my aging VU+ Duo with a Duo2 with twin hybrid DVB-C but at £368 is it really worth getting? I have 60cm dish with inverto quatro lnb going to a multiswitch. My lounge has 4x WF100 cables 2 for Sat 2 spare + another one for cable.
I seen a few people mention unicable but no idea what it is. More than anything I want speed. Fast response from UI and zapping.
My current duo is painfully slow and I cant figure out why. I have tried changing the usb got the max size swap file. Tried openvix and openatv but both seem to grind to a halt. Only thing I havent tried is swapping the 2.5" WD Blue with an SSD.
Its quite an investment to get a new box and theres no way I need a 4k box so the Duo2 seems likes the best logical choice...
