I have catseye's channel list for 13/19/28, BT Sport channels are not working anymore and I suspect this is because they've changed the transponders?

If this is correct, is there a way to change that somehow without having to reinstall the latest channel list? I went through the myriad of channels and created a favourites list I do not really want to loose?

I am on OSX and used/using iDreamX.

There are four ways you can do it.

1.
Editor on PC/Mac: Manually edit the details for channel in the bouquets

2.
Bouquet editor on receiver. Scan strasnponder so that you have working details. Using bouquet editor (you have to press menu while in chanenl list). you can themn copy/move. dont forget to delete the dud one.

3.
Bouquet editor using webinterface

4.
Manually editing teh bouquet files using a linux compatible text editor. stopping enigma2 then tarnsferring back.

So far..

1. Can't edit with iDreamX, see screenshot. I can only edit order, folder structure, etc. Or the Video, Audio, Teletext, PCR and AC3 values, as seen in the screenshot on the right side. But not the other details like Frequency or FEC.

2. Can't edit with OpenWebif, or at least I don't know how?! There's nothing like it there, see attached screenshot. Yeah, can sort out order, lists, etc, but can't figure out how to edit the actual data.

I will try your other suggestions and will let you know how it goes. What should I actually change and where do I get the latest data from?

Is it just the Frequency, Polarisation, Symbol rate and FEC? At the moment, my BT Sport 1 HD for instance is on 11597 V, 23000, 8/9 whereas on Channel Directory (B) - KingOfSat it looks like it should be 11385.00 V, 29500, 3/4, is this correct? Would this be all I have to change?

Thanks a lot, you're a star.

For those who don't know how to do it, see attached screenshot.

What I've done is I've checked Channel Directory - KingOfSat for the frequency, polarisation, symbol rate and FEC of Bt Sport 1 HD, then went to Setup/Service Searching/Manual Scan by pressing the Menu button.

Then I've added the scan details, scanned that particular transponder, found the channels I needed, removed old ones and added the new ones in my Favourites list and that was it.

This thread is over a year old mate.

HD on BT sports is gone awhile now.

I know it's old, just revisited the thread so to see how can I search on a different transponder and noticed the BT HD is now gone, I thought it's a matter of setting something differently and posted in the same thread thinking it could be relevant and helpful to someone else in the future.

Process is the same. Transponder details are not. You have to use the new transponder details. If you scan on a transponder that no longer has the channel, you wont find it.

Not being able to decrypt a channel does not mean you cannot receive the channel.
