VU+ Duo ITV HD Central West: tune failed

For some reason channel 178 keeps coming up as tuned failed. I got a Vu+ Zero and the exact same setup works fine.

Any ideas? Could the sat tuner be on its way out?

I swapped the cables, don't know if it's an ABM issue.

Not sure what it could be... Other ITV HD channels works if I go to all channels.

Strangely enough this was working yesterday but today I get tune failed, some other regions works so think it might be signal related.
