VU+ Duo Jtag, Broadband studio not connected

Have a problem with Broadband Studio and JTAG. I only get not connected. I have used the guide i have attached. I am using windows 2003. It is a VU+ Duo with red light problem

Betting that windows 2003 is your problem try use something with windows xp on it, ive used jtag and broadcom 3 on around a dozen e2 boxes and could never get it to work with win7 works everytime on XP
