VU+ Duo Ts media 1 channel problem

HI...who is having problems with tsmedia 1channel? i was told that its my isp provider blocking it or something,was wondering if anyone here uses BTinternet and has this working,and how do you get it working etc.

You need to make or find a proxy to get around the ISP block. I'm not sure if the plugin is the same on your stb but you need to find a way of changing the address 1channel looks for.

rawsy,now am really stumped there coz am not that big up on these boxes or computers to know how to find a way around it.
