Bad Points/Dont Work (yet)

vix have started to remove from their image as well

a lot of members swear by Vix though mate
so there cant be that much wrong with it surely ?

I dont know as I dont own a VU+ but enough like the Vix image

The vix image is superb imo very very stable with some nice touches

The guy I bought my Duo from highly recommended the BlackHole image, I haven't tried it yet but will have a go and compare

im going to have to get one now just to see

Im still on 1.2 just now lol tryed 1.3 but kids and Mrs missed the start @ bouquet selection so I swaped back. Andy said he would have a look @ putting it back in if it dident effect performance so fingers crossed.

the fantastic thing about the vix image is you have a coder ( andyblac ) and his team of beta testers. if a problem is reported to them they get striate to work at seeing what can be done to correct it.

not many teams have such a hands on approach.

lol iv'e been trying to save up for a duo for months but every time i get close i get offered a new shotgun, like the semi auto i bought last week for £150. i'm a weak weak man.

Rat if you like you can borrow my Duo for a week to try for yourself im sure you would be more than happy to spend £350 affter you try it. Im ok as I have my second tuner now for the Qbox mini so could live without my Duo for a week.

You could always put your TM800 on ebay lol.

I'd say the media player was lacking a bit of functionality, but the media player in the next release is working quite well. Tested a few mkv's with AC3 + DTS audio, 720 and 1080. I still wouldn't say the media player is 100%, but its getting there.
