Virgin hd not clearing

Hi all so I have installed in my vu duo2 my new dvb/c/t/t2 tuner all working fine. Connected up to the vm cable tonight and used autobouquets to scan for channels. Found them all Nicely tried BBC and itv all ok. None of my prem channels work (sesperate issue witj line provider ) however just noticed that none of hd channels work BBC hd. Itv hd ch4hd etc...
anyone help??

You only get 1to4 sd on VM without provider

Bit rubbish VM don't offer Hd on a free air service u can get 1-4 HD on 28.2 without a sub..
just need to sort mine out

I know I guess it force's you to sub with them unlike sat freeview
