no channels in "All" list

hi guys - got latest BH 2.1.6 on my vu+ultimo with cable tuner, got cable autoboquets installed, got all boquets working fine, however when i press the "red" bitton my remote to show "all" channels not one of them is working all i get on every single channels is " service unavailable - check tuner configuration"...yet all channels working fine in their respective boquets???...i even rescanned but still the same...any ideas...? ta

normally one enters if on sat the info to scan on that sat,that gives you your a-z=all channel list,using abm one can run abm without having to scan like you did earlier and it puts all your channels into bouquet.

cable tuner is different needing frequency and netid to scan on as without setting up your tuner correctly will get errors,if abm works just use your bouquets and when channels move they will be changed automatically with abm.

yes but the other day i was looking for " SKY Box OFFice" , the channel was there in the "all" list but not clearing as the boxing was on..it wasnt in the "sport" boquets..

no channels in "All" list
